Global Search

Every page of the Admin portal has a global search box in the header. It's the fastest way to jump to a specific business unit, team, user or agent without navigating the directories.

How it works

Start typing (two or more characters) and AETHER searches across:

• Business Units
• Teams
• Users
• Agents

Matching results appear in a dropdown beneath the box, grouped by type. Pick a result to jump straight to it.

Scope

Search respects your admin level: it only returns entities within your scope, so a Team admin won't surface units or users outside their team.

Tip: Search matches names (and user emails), so a partial name or email is enough — handy when you administer a large organisation and don't want to page through directories.
